All information is subject to change and the quality and condition of each property may vary. Eco Hotels and Lodge Collection does not make any warranties or representations, either expressed or implied, regarding this information. Eco Hotels and Lodge Collection does not guarantee the accuracy of this information and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense that you may incur as a result of the acts, omissions or representations of any Eco Hotels and Lodge Collection member.
Deposits, Payments and Cancellations:
All Eco Hotel and Lodge Collection member properties require a deposit or full payment to secure a booking. You are advised of this information as well as the cancellation terms at the time of booking. If you need to cancel a reservation, you must notify us within the individual member properties cancellation period.
At Eco Hotels and Lodge Collection, hereinafter, EHLC, we recognize that many consumers who visit our web sites are concerned about any information they provide us on-line, and how we maintain and use this information. To address these concerns and to demonstrate our commitment to privacy, we have developed and implemented this Privacy Policy.
